Maison Soleil was built on a foundation of trust. Every protocol, every verification, every safeguard exists to ensure that both our clients and companions feel completely secure at all times.
All companions undergo a three-stage verification process before joining our network: an in-person interview with a senior team member; a full DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) background check; and identity verification against government-issued documentation. Fewer than 8% of applicants are accepted.
Every booking is actively monitored by our concierge team. Companions share live location before arrival, send a confirmation upon reaching the venue, check in every hour for bookings exceeding three hours, and confirm safe departure at the close of every engagement. Our 24/7 emergency line is always answered by a human.
All clients sign and agree to our Code of Conduct before their first booking is confirmed. Any solicitation of sexual services — implicit or explicit — results in immediate and permanent removal from the platform and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Our companions reserve the absolute right to leave any booking at any moment without financial penalty.
Maison Soleil is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Client data is never sold or shared with third parties. All billing references use a neutral company name. Your identity and booking history are protected in perpetuity.
Our emergency line is available around the clock for all active companions during bookings. It is always answered by a human member of the Maison Soleil team — never an automated system.
